Amazing hotel
I booked one room for me and my wife was Very worm welcome when you arrive,Nice service the room is pretty good and big , bathroom is clean .very clean room. i really love it .and also in the heart of , Rotterdam. I will sure recommend and come back soon

Worst hotel ever avoid at all cost. Scammer and rude people
Worst hotel ever. If you want to be treated with no respect and put into a tiny room with no air conditioning whatsoever then go ahead book it. You defiantly won't return for second time though

This has nothing to do with 2 Stars. Its not even 1 Star. Room was small af and so dirty (and possibly moldy?) that i got crazy headaches from sleeping there. I paid over 200 for 2 nights and it felt like a robbery. I literally burnt my money away for a terrible room
