perfect

Very friendly and competent ladies at the reception, recognized me immediately after a year, also very cozy chatting. In the room the TV didn't work, fortunately I got the room next door, there the TV did...1 small flaw, I got the tap for the hand shower with no possible open, torrential rain managed to get open after a lot of force, otherwise I enjoyed my stay again, food and service in restaurant were also perfect.

Room is fine, but breakfast is disappointing

Friendly reception, beautiful neat room, but the breakfast disappointed us. At 9 am there are still some leftovers of dried scrambled eggs and if the daughter wants chocolate milk, 3.75€ must be paid extra; it seems like a small effort to provide sachets of chocolate milk powder, or possibly to 'adjust' the coffee machine to broaden the choice.

Was worth it. Just have to work on some small adjustments.

Enjoyed the stay. It was my girlfriend birthday chose this hotel to celebrate it. The receptionist on Friday when we arrived 17th July was great and very professional. The receptionist when we left the next day had a mood and wasn't so friendly. I would fire her if I was the boss. Other than that the suite was clean only the rug in the hallway had a scent. Overal was a good stay

Clean, neat, and sweet ladies at the reception

Good food & housekeeping! Helpful employees!

Great food! Service was slow but excellent cuisine! Seafood dishes were excellent!
Rooms & housekeeping were good. And good customer service.
