It was a happy reunion
Our electric bikes could be safely stored in a locked storage room.
For us this hotel remains highly recommended.

Sad.
Everything was taken care of to perfection. It was pure perfection, with an eye for the smallest details. You felt his love for this hotel.
Selmar de Roo, his successor, had big shoes to fill. Now I was there for the first time after the changing of the guard.
The hotel looks just as magical from the outside, inside it seems to have lost none of its charm,
and the view of Groesbeek from the terrace is still breathtaking. But what a disappointment it was!
Maybe most people don't notice, but I saw everything; spots here and there, circles on the tables outside,
The breakfast buffet table was laconic, old fruit, no water and butter, little choice. You had to eat the orange juice with a spoon. No soft lounge music in the background to start the day quietly, but very loud Bruce Springsteen, on repeat! I no longer felt any passion, devotion or inspiration of yesteryear.
Mr. de Roo collects catering establishments by the leet, I understand, the more and the faster the better.
I read somewhere that he prides himself on being able to keep as many balls in the air as possible at the same time.
And that's the problem with De Wolfsberg. You can't put this pearl to the crown on the side.
This hotel with its rich history deserves more. This hotel deserves all the attention, every day, all year round, 24/7.
When I left the hotel after my stay, I was in and in sad. The place I had so many great memories of had lost its soul.
I'm not coming here anymore. I hold on to the beautiful memories of yesteryear, but want to banish my last visit from my memory as soon as possible.

No for us no more fat setback
Friendly and helpful staff
Rooms slightly outdated but clean
Breakfast Unmitigated Disaster
Nothing is refilled constantly asking but in vain each time
After half an hour waiting for bread we thought yep it's there but when we cut the bread it was still frozen for coffee you have to call someone every time and if you were lucky there was someone why not a coffee machine ♂️
The Dinner is very Moderate staff came to get back the fries themselves or what had to pass for it noticed themselves this can not .were just not baked black
