Fabulous

Great experience! The owners are really nice, kind and helpful (they also had a lovely dog and kitten) and gave us all the necessary directions to reach the places we wanted to visit.
The location is great, given the presence of the Stadionweg tram stop a stone's throw to go downtown, but if you want you can easily explore on foot. Also there is a beautiful park a few steps from the B & B perfect for an outdoor walk or for those who maybe travel in the company of their 4-legged friend!

This is room rental and no studio with private bathroom....

I thought booked a studio equipped with private bathroom and everything.... On arrival, we meet at someone's house! No private entrance, no studio but a room with bathroom.... In the end very disappointed to pay this price to have to share the accommodation. I don't understand who that attracts. I don't understand people who want to live with strangers, at least I didn't like it.

Absolutely awesome.

Welcoming more than warm,
Phillip and Xaviera are absolutely adorable. Always good advice. We feel like a family.
Breakfast delicious! Very comfortable beds.
Very quiet and close to the tram (5min). We reach the museums/centre in 15 minutes.
We will return without hesitation!

Pleasant stay

Xaviera and Philip are very nice, they enjoyed exchanging with us in French. Queen bed, comfortable.
Less than 5 minutes walk from trams 5 and 24.
Sanitary on the landing and cramped. Wine Bar L'Osteria and Daily bread nearby, very convenient!

Fantastic and charismatic place everyone should visit atleast once!

We couldn't be happier about choosing Xaviera's B&B when coming to Amsterdam! The service was top notch, our room was great(haven't slept that good in a long time), good vibes, calm neighborhood with everything still within reach, and last but not least; Xaviera & Philip are such wonderful and interesting people and made our stay perfect. We are definitely coming back! Lots of love from Norway♡
