Great location

I have stayed at the Luxer many many times…. The staff is really friendly- the people recognize me…. The location is great…. 3-5 minutes to the main train station.
It’s located near rowdy bars & restaurants but the rooms are quiet at night…. Just great…. After many stays I highly recommend the Luxer!!!!

Fantastic!

Excellent location, so central, 24 hour staff and bar, rooms are small but clean, aircon brilliant, goodie bags with snacks on departure, quiet, free coffee, cake and water. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location but poor communication

The location is unbeatable. Check in was smooth.
Unfortunately when we checked in we realised that the toilet, including the seat was cracked and the curtains didn’t close all the way.
Although the reception was able to move us to another room, this was not communicated to us throughout our 4 night stay. At check out there was confusion at the front desk as the receptionist was under the impression we’d been moved.
Communication wasn’t their strongest point.
I would stay again but keep asking reception to move us to another room so there was no miscommunication.

A last minute stopover

Brilliant location and nice helpfully staff. As for the room below average for the price paid not very clean and stained and dirty carpet very outdated . Also tv did not work. If they renovated the rooms and cleaned to a high standard it could be perfect

The hotel is close to the train and local transit. The staff was very nice and provided snacks for our trip when we checked out
