Smack in the Red Light District if you take a wrong turn. Which you will.
The bathroom is private—the only thing worth mentioning. Everything else is low standard and tired.
The stairs are a nightmare. Narrow, steep, and held together by spite. As aspected in Amsterdam.

Room is small but clean. AC not very cool which is uncomfortable in summer months. Also right above a very busy street, so if you plan to be out and about the entire time no issues, but if you want to sleep this is not the place to book. Otherwise the bar downstairs is nice, pricey but good atmosphere.
