Great location, lots of local amenities.

We stayed here as a family of three. The very steep stairs were a bit daunting, but we got used to them. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, but it was not quite a 2 bed apartment - the second bed was in an inner room, separated from the main bedroom by a pair of sliding doors, and with glass windows between the two. The location was excellent - very close to a 19 tram line, with a good supermarket and great ice cream takeaway nearby. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
Apartment was very clean and had most things you will need, concierge was very efficient.

Nice efficiency right on the tram line #5 but a bit noisy

What a great, clean place. The landlord is very very nice. The only issue, as has been said by others, is it is quite noisy all night. For those familiar with city living it may not be that bad, but for those who live quietly out in the country, as we do, we found that it affected our ability to sleep. IT surprised us a little, because it is quite a bit outside of the main part of Amsterdam.

Cozy but noisy

The apartment was cozy and well cleaned, but there was no toilet paper. The walls were so thin I though we were sleeping in a house made of leaves; we could hear everything from the down and upstairs neighbors. The city center is near, 15 min by tram, and the apartment faces a stunning park were you can start/finish your day and relax.

Lovely

Stayed Thursday - Sunday with two friends. We loved our apartment. Everything’s was so nice and clean. The staff is amazing and it’s awesome to see some of the local areas instead of being in the middle of everything. A lots of good restaurants around and you also have this amazing park right outside the house. Also Uber is so cheap in this town, but if you prefer to go by bus or tram you have a tram stop just a few meters away. Also a minimart 30 meter from your door.
Really recommend this place if your visiting Amaterdam.

Excellent Location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. There’s a nice grocery store close by and a park across the street. If you’re someone who enjoys walking, the museums and downtown area were within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had a nice layout. I’ll be checking availability here on future visits. Very satisfied. Steep steps but that’s not uncommon in Amsterdam.
