Refreshing and beautiful

The hotel had a beautiful scenery nature especially during morning with clouds covering the area and feeling cold breeze. The staffs were friendly and food was delicious. But a little bit improvement is needed in room cleanliness. Besides that, overall experience was great.

Himalayan Sunrise Shines Warm and Welcoming

Himalayan Sunrise shines thanks to the attention and devotion of the family that owns and operates it. The view of the Himalayan mountains is complimented by the comfortable outdoor seating and expansive windows and their ensuite rooms.
Service is warm, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable.
A bonus is that the location is at the beginning of the pilgrims hike to Namo Buddha.

More than a stop...

We enjoyed a beautiful visit with Anish and family and staff at the very aptly named Himalayan Sunrise Hotel on a ridge in Dhulikel. We chose this as a jumping off point to our walk to Nammo Buddha monastery the following day after a spectacular lingering sunrise and a wonderfully tasty and filling breakfast on the recently added outside deck.
We also watched stars and enjoyed each other's company on the deck for supper the day we arrived, some having walked from Nagarcot.
We were treated to a Pakauda cooking lesson and a dashain swing experience at the end of the day, and a landslide traverse to start our hike the next morning. Ahhh, Nepal.
A spacious room with expansive views enhanced the stay considerably. And we were able to meet up in their new conference room for a circle meditation in the morning, after sunrise of course and before breakfast.
I love this place, and the people who own, run and staff this joy filled stop on our journey around Nepal.

Loved the View and Hospitality

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the staff here were so nice to us and it was worth the price we paid at this hotel and what we can say about the view it’s just amazing. We will definitely visit again

Great Experience staying

Great hotel with good food and wonderful view of the himalayas. The rooms had balconcy which was perfect to watch the sunrise. The rooms was worth it according to the price comparing to other hotels in Dhulikhel. will definitely stay there again due to the hospitality of the staffs and the amazing view.
