Great budget pick for Dhulikhel
Such nice staff who truly did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were a very large group that stayed for weeks and they accommodated us very well, including with breakfasts, dinners, and the occasional birthday celebration. Laundry service was excellent, airport pick up was great, and when the weather was good the view from the rooftop was awesome. Also within walking distance to the center

Great escape and good stay
I have always stayed at Asha in the past 1 year everytime i had to visit. the staff are friendly and i like the food here. its just a bit away from main road so easy for me to get on my bike. good stay.

Pleasantly surprised
For the low rates that this hotel offered, I am pleasantly surprised with the value and service I got back. I visited with 2 of my friends and got a triple bed room to share. The prices were the best in Dhulikhel and room had very comfortable mattresses. Our room also had a big TV and the internet worked well. The attached bathroom was not too big, but nice enough because of the hot water. We could see a nice view from their rooftop restaurant. Prices are fair and we ordered in advance, so did not even have to wait for food. All in all, loved the experience.

Great food, great view, and overall great experience
This place is great. Simple, clean accommodation with a great view of the mountains from the rooftop restaurant. As a regular visitor to Dhulikhel, I can easily say the chef at the restaurant serves up the best food in town - pasta with handmade noodles, delicious momos, and a hearty Mediterranean lentil-potato soup. And if you're looking for more traditional fare, the dal bhat is pretty good, too. If you call ahead, they can also arrange a BBQ for a group of friends looking to escape the city over the weekend.
The lodge is just a short walk from the old town of Dhulikhel, and a great launching point for short hikes in the surrounding hills. I visited in March to see the Nava Durga festival, and the staff were happy to help, telling me when and where to go to catch the most spectacular parts of the festival.

Don’t even think about staying or eating here !
The beddings were really dirty, they changed some but still not clean.
The floor was dirty, a lot of dust everywhere.
The bathroom was the worst, really dirty. Please see the pictures...
Phone wasn’t working.
And the restaurant... for dinner we were the only table when we ordered. It took them 45 minutes for pastas and 50 minutes for vegetables. The food was not even hot when it came.
The breakfast was the cherry on the cake. As a vegan, I warned them by email and they said they would accomodate. Again I asked at checkin and they said sure we will do something. Guess what was my breakfast... 4 slices of bread... Not even a banana with it.
This hotel is a joke, the name Oyo is not even on it, good luck for finding if you really want to stay there.
At check out they didn’t give me any discount of course, not even an apology.

We conducted a detailed review based on your complaints. We were only notified of your vegan needs after your arrival. Please do note that the booking requests were handled by OYO during your stay and the vegan request was not communicated. However, we provided you with vegan breakfasts with fruits next day onward. We showed you the room before checking you in and you chose it after inspecting the room. During your 3 days of stay, we only received complaints from you on the last day, we would be happy to accommodate guests to other rooms when notified earlier. The prices you booked for were already in bare-bones discount, and discounting further was not possible. Our pastas are always home made and fresh, we also notify our guests of a 30-45 min wait time on pastas and always serve it hot. We are a small family run business and try our best to serve our guests.
Still, we are extremely apologetic to know that your experience with us has not been a pleasant one and we would definitely work on your feedback, in order to ensure that the related issues are carefully monitored and eliminated to the maximum extent.
