Room sizes can vary significantly. Some deluxe options, like Room 105, can feel a bit cramped—however, rooms 214 and 215 offer significantly more spacious accommodations.
I was fortunate enough to stay in Suite 117 (due to the unavailability of a pre-booked deluxe room), which was a highlight of my visit. It was a wonderful experience with a very large bedroom, an attached living area, and an open hall—highly recommended if you want extra comfort.
The team here is very welcoming and friendly, providing a warm atmosphere from check-in to departure.
The restaurant is a little cosy/cramped, but the food makes up for it. I tried the Veg Thali, which was delicious, well-portioned, and satisfying. Note that room rates typically do not include breakfast.
Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It is located right in the heart of Birganj, making it incredibly convenient for anyone visiting this border town.
There are a few areas where the hotel could elevate the guest experience. The cleanliness of the linens needs more attention. Additionally, the amenities were a bit lacking—the dental kits were below par, toiletries were limited, and I noticed a complete lack of shaving kits.
If you value a prime location and a friendly atmosphere, this can be a choice. For the best experience, I suggest booking one of the larger rooms.
