Great!

We came to Myanmar to visit some friends in Pyay and stayed at the Smile Motel which was close to their place. We had a great time! The Hotel is close to the Pyay train station and night market. Hotel room was a bit old but very clean. Room came with complimentary toiletries. It had functional air conditioning as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They spoke English as well. The breakfast was free and it was delicious! For $32 dollars a night, it was a great deal :)

The hotel is in a very bad position. Old and not clean. I came from one night so I overcame the inconvenience. And the price is scandalous.

A very old place. Centrally located and near train staion. Safe enough and clean but v old. Staff were very helpful we appreciated the help.Pyay is a backwater and this place is about right for the location.

Lovely hotel...friendly and centrally located

I spent two nights at this hotel last September-2019-and it was very pleasant.The room was somewhat small but more than adequate for my needs and was serviced daily.Breakfast was alright but what really makes this place shine is the staff-always friendly and willing to help.They really went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable-helping me with a bus ticket to return to Mandalay and a tuk-tuk to see the sights at Sri Ksetra....This is a comfortable and friendly hotel and I would definitely be happy to return...I am happy to give it 9 out of 10.

Very Good location

This place is walkable to Shwe Sandaw pagoda and night market.
It is easy to walk and see things both day and night.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me about the car for day trip ,even it was a late night time.
Breakfast is egg and bread and banana ,that is.
Anyway you can cross the road to try breakfast . A big bread or roti.
The room is ok for me . I like it but some time there was a smell of mosquitoes spray.
