Favourite place in Ngwe Saung Beach
The swimming pool is surrounded by greenery, which made it the perfect place to relax during the rainy season. I really appreciated that the hotel uses local Myanmar brands for its furnishings and amenities something I personally loved.
The price is very reasonable, especially for the rainy season, and the breakfast was one of my favorites well prepared and with plenty of options.
The staff were very attentive and great service.
The body massage was excellent and totally worth the price. At the beach bar, I really enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves and looking out at the sea it was such an amazing feeling. The seafood was also delicious and great value for money.
I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Dirty! Disgusting
Do not stay at this hotel!! It's overpriced and the environment is terrible. The hotel is full of mosquitoes and bugs, and the facilities in the room are super, super old. The door lock is an old-fashioned one that often doesn't work. And the most important issue—the hygiene is awful! The "comforter" is just two sheets with a blanket sandwiched in between, and the blanket is filthy! And the beach in front of the hotel is full of trash, full of garbage! It's right next to a filthy ditch, and nobody even cares to clean it up!

Quite hotel with lovely grounds and beach and cool spa therapists
Nice rooms and romantic grounds, friendly people and really cool massage services. Spa therapists exceed expectations, they give really perfect massages, one of the best I've ever had. Definetlely recommend.
Lovely beach with sunbeds and parasols and easy access to the sea is also a strength.
The bathroom facility is some dated. However, it is still functional and adequate.

Best resort
Its very best staying experience. The rooms are bigger and amenities provided are best in quality. Staff are very helpful and kind nature. Location is good to relax as no noise surrounding. Recommended for relaxed vacation. Food and breakfast are tasty specially their tea break snack and best milk tea in Ngwe Saung.

100% pleasure moment
We stayed in an upstairs room and it was light and bright with views of trees with a nice little balcony with comfortable seating. The pool and restaurant has a lovely Garden View. Food and drinks taste awesome. We found it a very relaxing locations with friendly and helpful staff. We loved our stay. Highly recommend & will definitely return.
