The hotel is located in the center of the city.

Friendly and warm welcome. The hotel is not only very beautiful, but also comfortable, offering a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It has all the necessary facilities for a worry-free stay, whether for work or leisure. The rooms are well appointed, clean and equipped with all the comforts expected. Breakfast is rich, varied and prepared with fresh produce, perfect for a good start to the day. An impeccable experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this property and will be back with pleasure.

A wonderful place to stay

This hotel saved us. We checked in to the Hotel Tiznit across the street and it was the worst experience ever. The room was dusty, old, outdated, cement floor as a closet floor, the bathroom was so small and I had to step over a large impossible step to get into the disgusting shower, where there was a 4 inch water bug floating around. The rude man at the reception stated that all his rooms were clean. You went across the street, hoping this hotel would be good and they welcomed us immediately with first of all an elevator thank you, the most obliging, polite staff I’ve ever worked with, beautiful, clean rooms. The dinner that night was a welcome relief, breakfast was splendid, and I cannot say enough about the cleanliness and the staff. Thank you for having us and treating us so well.

The family room was very clean and comfortable

I had a great stay at Hotel Idou The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
The hotel was spotless and had a warm welcoming atmosphere.
I spent the night in Room 226, a very spacious family room with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious.
Truly the best place to stay in the city

Comfortable stay

Hotel is large and spacious - seemed clean overall and good value for the room I got. Good location within a short walking distance to the Medina and free parking if you have a car. I was staying in Tiznit for two nights (unfortunately got food positioning on the first night from the restaurant down the road - Tiznit Pizza), so spent all day in bed. Otherwise good place to stay for a night or two. Breakfast was substantial and had the basics. I have found all the beds in Morocco hard - this no exception.

The Worst Hotel on Earth

THE WORST HOTEL ON EARTH. I'm lucky that I travel for a living. And on this trip I've stayed in some of the best hotels on earth until I got to Tiznit where I made the mistake of booking what turned out to be THE WORST HOTEL
ON EARTH. Morocco is filled with inexpensive gems run by family people. This hotel puts Morocco and its hospitality culture to shame This monstrous building is on a non descript roundabout that makes it look charming by comparison. You will not find a more ugly building with such appallingly cheap ugly decoration, made worse by lights that flick on and off as you walk through it's vast empty corridors, if you try. The rooms are ugly, outdated and unappealing unless you are blind. No attention has been paid to creating nice or welcoming spaces. They only have neon lights inside. The shower rod fell on the floor. The pool was advertised as reopening that day but outside was an empty dirty basin. I appeared to be the only guest but a group was in the breakfast room. There was not one thing I could eat with dairy and gluten intolerances. It was all white bread and regular yoghurt. There was no fruit. No protein. A few boiled eggs. Worst of all when a system error at booking left the room unpaid instead of covered through the wallet application, I sent a dozen messages to booking asking them to resolve it. I also made a complaint about the pool closure dates to the hotel because I specifically booked it at double the going rate in Tiznit to swim ahead of a 15 hour car ride but they did not ever address it or apologise for this. The hotel management was threatening and discourteous as I patiently tried to resolve the issue with booking and looped them in - they not only accused me of not paying instead of apologizing for the error but threatened to make the receptionist pay so resorted to emotional blackmail to try to resolve this. Unacceptable behavior from an establishment that unless you like awful design. Sinister lighting. Being alone in an ugly building, bad food and sleeping on an ugly roundabout in a town best avoided will make you regret the choice of booking this. They even claimed you cannot pay here using wallet and thereby trying to make me out to be a liar even though they advertise it. Not a good experience.

Dear Mme
Thank you for your feedback.
I want to clarify a few points, the swimming pool being closed is clearly mentioned on your Booking.
You also contacted us before your arrival, and we informed you about the pool’s status.
It is not fair to make false claims about our hotel,we always aim to be transparent and honest with our guests, and we expect the same in return.
Additionally, we have informed the team of Booking about your behavior at the reception, which we found unacceptable.
We ask for respect and fairness when sharing feedback.
Regards
