Not exactly the cleanest place with the most friendly staff :-( bathroom flooded, gate was locked in the early morning, nobody there for checkout

Ok for 1 night

For 1 night close to Nador airport it's ok. Late arrival after warning ok. Friendly and professional staff. Basic motel and room but I knew that. Leaving early the next morning I did not try the breakfast.

My first night the toilet didn’t work. I had to fill the tank up from the shower to flush it. The faucet on the sink was completely loose and the towel rack fell down. There was no soap or shampoo. Thankfully I had brought some with me. Second night they changed my room and it seemed fine until I woke up at 2:00am with ants crawling everywhere.

Very disappointed I do not recommend at all

Correct reception hall. In the rooms, there is a strong smell of cigarettes, the floor is dirty, there are traces of cigarettes on the bedside tables, there are ants and spiders on the floor and the bed. The only positive point is the air conditioning, plus the hotel has a single air conditioning remote control for the entire hotel...
Plus the television dates from the 70s...
In short, flee!
