Terrifying

We booked this hotel for the private parking: in reality there were only three parking spaces on the pavement in front of the hotel (you have to be lucky to find it free!!!)
As soon as we arrived we realized that we were not particularly welcome unlike all the other places we stayed in Morocco.
Returning to our room in the afternoon we were scared to find it open, fortunately it was only the cleaning ladies, who had to finish their work and left us out for an hour (but isn't this usually done in the morning?)
We wanted to swim in the pool but we gave up because the water was so green that we couldn't see the bottom.
To end the stay on a high note, we found a small frog in our room.
We clearly wanted to leave a negative review on Booking but they canceled our reservation, so we leave it here.
If I could give less than 1 I would; advice, don't go there.

Decent and good price value

Stayed there for 2 nights. Mainly to the price only 32$ and the proximity. It was clean and decent with the needed amenities hit water, TV though only local moroccan chanels. we only slept there 2nights and we did not use their facilities. close to the beach and you can walk about 10mn.
for the price value it was ok. But nothing extra.

Would not be worth half the price we were given

My wife and I settled on this place because my wife was feeling ill and we didn't feel like walking around checking out different places to stay. The facilities they said they had weren't what we got. The main pull of this place seems to be the pool for families. Aside from poor availability of hot water, wifi did not work despite giving my phone to the staff to try themselves. After insisting the problem was with my phone despite the fact that both myself and my wife were having connection problems. The room was of a moderate size, though not large or clean enough to warrant the price.
For the hefty price, breakfast wasn't included, although the information board up in the room mentioned details of breakfast times. It's disappointing that they didn't update this, because both my wife and I were prepared to have breakfast in the hotel and leave straight after.
Overall, a disappointing experience. Even if i was offered to stay this place for a quarter of what we paid, i wouldn't repeat it. I advise you find somewhere else.

Terrible service and poor experience

Martil has few hotels and there isn't much competition in the area.
We were charged 680 dirham (pricey for a small-ish room) for a double, and when we got to the room there were no towels, soap or toilet paper. This was brought to us after some chasing. Then the hot water didn't work (twice!), but that was promptly fixed. Once settled, we realised that the wifi wasn't working, and had to prove it to the hotel owners that this was the case!
I only found out in the morning that the mosquito net of the window was broken so I was perfect bait for the numerous Mosquitos which not only bit me all over, but woke me up throughout the night with their incessant buzzing.
No one explained anything to us when we arrived, but on the note in the room it said breakfast was served between 8-10. Well, there was no breakfast!
I think one star is harsh for a reasonably lovely looking hotel and clean rooms, but the customer service brought it right down. You would have expected at least an apology or a reduction in the price, but there was nothing. Don't bother.

Hotel with low quality-price ratio

This hotel is one of the few existing in Martil, where otherwise you should risk and trust the people offering you rooms down the street...
The personnel has not been helpful at all and was not able to serve any breakfast (which was even not included in the high price of the hotel..about 65 Euros...more than Spain or Greece!!!)...or better said...they did not want to serve breakfast cause they preferred to sleep on the sofas of the reception after the Ramadan night (something never seen anywhere else in Morocco during the same Ramadan period!!!).
The room was average, and the sheets of our bed when we arrived were dirty with spots and hair everywhere...for this reason we had to ask the personnel to change them, receiving some unhappy comments in arabic language
The bed was hard and unconfortable anyway and nevertheless by 3 o'clock in the night there was a funny rooster singing no-stop until the morning...The strange thing was that the rooster was soooo near, cause the hotel is built next to a ground of a farmer with roosters and chickens exactly under our bungalow!!! That is what we call: care of the customers...
