Beautiful atmosphere and warm hospitality

I only spent 1 night here with my 3 children, one being only 4 months old. The setting is beautiful and very comfortable and the staff were 100% helpful in everything. I had problems converting AU$ and didn't have sufficient funds on my debit card, so they let me pay with AU$ even though I couldn't even exchange it at the airport.
The local food is also delicious!

Good stay but could be better.

Stayed here for 2 nights in January, building is lovely but felt a little neglected, with a little bit of maintenance it could be a lot better. staff friendly but spoke little English. We booked as it had a Jacuzzi on the roof, however this was not heated & staff didn't not mention this when we asked they just said it is on the roof & you can use it. Only when we went to use it on the 2nd day we realised it wasn't heated & as they take 24 hours to heat we didn't get a chance as we had to leave early the next morning for our trip to the Sahara desert, had the staff mentioned it needed to be heated it we would have turned it on when we arrived or yo would think they would have it heated for our arrival as I did email asking about it. On the morning of departure we asked if breakfast would be available at 6.45am & where told no but we could be at at 7am we said OK we will be down at 7am as we where getting picked up between 7.15-7.30am. We we went to get onto reception at 7am it was locked ( our rooms where in the next building) it was locked & in darkness, when we left at 7.15am it was still locked so we didnt get out breakfast & just had to leave our keys o the table outside as there did not appear to be any where. Rooms where large & pleasant although a little musky. Overall we had a pleasent stay however not being able to use the hottub was disappointing as this was the reason we booked.

Disappointed : Smelly room.

Check in process was poor. Not welcoming and reception spoke little English. Room smelt strange although was large. I asked for a taxi to airport to be booked for me early morning. A private car turned up and charged me double what I had been told it should.

RUBBISH

we stayed here for 3 nights, the worst 3 nights i have spent in a hotel, This villa is situated in a spooky, hidden alley way, The entrance outside stinks of sewage, The room offered was dark and looked more like a dungeon, Breakfast was awful, it was a set menu that the hotel decides! a small cup of Cold coffee, very thin slice of plain cake, diluted orange squash and 1 boiled egg. the dining area is an open kitchen/dining room which was freezing in February. even though they had a garden heater they didn't bother to use it to save on costs, The TV in our room didn't work, i complained to the the receptionist man, he tried to repair it himself but in the end he gave up. None of them speak English so it was difficult to communicate, Our room was freezing at night time so i asked for an extra blanket but he kept nodding his head left and right! The only good thing i can say was free Wifi and free Jacuzzi on the roof top, oh i nearly forgot there was no running hot water in the bathroom, PLEASE save your money and go else where, I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy

Too expensive for poor service!

We stayed here for one night only but it was the most expensive stay in one month Morocco trip. So of course the expectations were not small. But we were very disappointed after.
Room was ok, little smelly and dark. No information at all, about breakfast, check out, how to heat the cold jacuzzi at the roof. But The worst was the heating in the room that didn't worked at all. Three times somebody came to the room to turn it on. Every time the person told us to wait 5 min, it will work. After 8 pm and maybe 15 degree in our room, the night portier finally gave us a small heating on wheels for our room.
For half price I would say the deal is ok, but for this price the service level should be much higher.
