Myself and my partner stayed at Villa El Arsa for a 6 night trip last week. The Villa is beautiful and only about 3 minutes walk from from Jemaa El-Fnaa square. We had the Bahia room which is a large room with a comfy bed and a good sized bathroom. I was delighted that there was a hairdryer!
The staff are helpful and friendly and recommend things to do and places to visit. The breakfasts were delicious: coffee (or tea if you prefer), fruit, breads, yogurts and eggs. There is a plunge pool and a lovely rooftop terrace with 2 levels so you can either lie on a sunbed or sit at a table. I would definitely recommend Villa El Arsa to anyone wanting to book a riad!

A calm retreat from the chaos of the Medina. The small pool offered cool relief after hot days. Huge breakfast tray every day, served on the rooftop terrace.
Staff are lovely and helpful. I really appreciated that they offered coffee or tea, no matter the time, to any guests in the courtyard.
Transfer service (from hotels and transportation hubs) is available and worth it.
If I am ever back in Marrakech, I would stay here again.

Employees 10, regrettable boss

The Riyadh is fine, but I don't give it the highest score for the lousy treatment received by the owner. He was an edge and a high-handed man. Breakfast was always served from 8:00 but the day it was his turn to prepare it did not have it ready at that time. My daughter and I had a field trip at 9:00 and asked her if she could at least give us a coffee and some fruit. Having the food in the fridge told us in very bad ways that it gave us nothing. On top of that we couldn't have breakfast on the last day because we were leaving in the early morning. We paid for 4 breakfasts and only had 2, but the worst was this gentleman's ways. And this is just an example, I could tell more things. I have to say the employees are wonderful, quite the opposite of him. Especially, I wanted to thank Simo (employee, not owner, because they happen to be called the same). Thanks to your kindness you not only made our stay very pleasant, but you solved a lot of things in our vacation that were not your competition. Simo has been one of the most competent and friendly workers we have ever encountered. Thank you so much for everything Simo, your boss should learn from you.

Marrakesh couples visit

Enjoyed our stay at this Riad on the edge of the tourist district of Marrakesh. Rustic and characteristic of the city and country we had a great stay, enjoying the hospitality of the hosts Akram and Omar, plus the lovely lady who prepared breakfast. The place has a great warmth to it and the hot tub was excellent.

Super good!

Staff super friendly. From entry very well received. The riad has very good hygiene and is close to the center. Only 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the square.
Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
We were here in February and I would definitely book here again.
