Peace and calm 5 walk minutes away from bustling souks
We arranged the taxi from the airport directly with the Riad. You are met at the small square by a member of the team and guided to the Riad. They explain how to get to and from the main square using buildings as a guide. They have your welfare at the heart of everything they do from advice given and what to avoid, much appreciated.
We had a suite which was cleaned daily. There was some occasional noise from the breakfast area and from the stairs.
You are given a key to your room and front door to come and go as you please.
There was always a friendly face on return.
The peqceful rooftop terrace, plunge pool and sun beds were a welcome sight after a day exploring the craziness of Marrakesh.
Breakfast consisted of various breads, fruit, yogurt, cake.

Mould in the pool, flies everywhere, bees, and the walls are thinner than credit cards. After 11pm you can’t even talk on your phone without complaint, and the area was in the most ghetto part of marrekech. I will NOT advise anyone staying here, I couldn’t stay my full 5 days because of issues, and I got sick. They charged me 5 days even when I left morning or day 4 due to health issues, owner was useless and greedy. Will NOT return to Marrakech due to the experience at this Riad. AC was blowing hot air to top it off, worst stay experience of my life. Breakfast was bland, no variety, same thing everyday. I had better breakfasts in Istanbul. Be prepared to get harassed by locals in this area daily to buy or get taxi, everyone is money hungry here, no genuine person, not even one. Taxi drivers have no gps and do not speak English, so most will not know how to get to this Riad, you’re left to figure it out or walk the rest of the way. Horrific experience, Morocco will not see me again.

Excellence and kindness
The quality of the welcome, attentiveness, availability, and kindness of Youssef, always attentive, combined with the efficiency and discretion of the team of women who prepare the rooms.... The calm and location of the place... In short, a magical riad where you are welcomed like kings and queens... or like at home! Not to be missed!!!

Friendly and smiling staff
We stayed 5 nights at Riad Signature.
Strengths;
* professional staff, helpful, smiling and above all present to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I got bored of them after I left. A special mention to Mohamed and Laila that we loved.
* Spacious room with lots of brightness, quiet, small terrace and clean.
* Clean and comfortable bed and bedding.
* Full breakfast and it was possible to make some small requests that were filled at no extra cost.
* We had bottled water on request, without limit.
* The Riad is central in the medina. It is possible to do everything on foot. There is even a supermarket 30 minutes walk outside the medina.
* The large terrace with swimming pool is a plus, as it has some tables, chairs and deckchairs, making it a quiet and rejuvenating place after the chaos of the medina.
Weaknesses;
* the bathroom will need to be refreshed, the paint is flaking and some ceramics broken.
* WiFi could be more powerful in the rooms.

The staff Mohammed and Yussef are so welcoming and go out of their way to assist their guests. This Riad was a lovely escape from the manic streets nearby, providing a quiet sanctuary and the small dip pool on the roof a lovely space to relax. For a first time visit in Marrakech staying centrally, this place is highly recommended and highly enhanced the experience visiting the city.

For sharing rooms, if either or both of guests are Moroccans, they will be required to show a marriage certificate, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to reject for check-in.
According to government policy and social customs in Morocco, marriage certificate need to be provided upon check in if a male and female shares a room and one of them is Moroccan or Muslim.
