A dream!

A dream! It cannot be described differently. The riad is a thousand and one nights. You come in and you're out of breath. Our Sultan room, more than a room was an apartment! Breakfast well-kept and plentiful, all really good. The staff is not 4 stars, it is 5 stars superior. I did my first, unforgettable, hammam. The area is convenient to everything. The scent of orange blossoms, which spreads throughout the riad, will bring me back forever with my memory to that magical corner of the world. That's all you could do.

The team are fantastic, so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The service provided is wonderful, the location is perfect and the Riad is gorgeous. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Luciano Hotel & Spa in Marrakech. The riad itself is truly beautiful, with a stunning atmosphere and very tastefully designed rooms that made the whole experience feel special from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast was delicious, and what really made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our time there. You could really feel the attention to detail and care they put into making guests feel comfortable.
A particularly lovely moment was during my birthday. I never mentioned it myself, yet the team surprised me at breakfast with a small cake and several staff members came to sing happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful and warm gesture, and exactly the kind of personal touch that makes a stay memorable.
The only small downside was some noise coming from the streets late at night, but that is simply part of staying in the medina and not something the riad itself can really control.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back ourselves.

Beautiful Riad with amazing staff

We had a truly wonderful stay at this riad. What made our experience so special was the incredible kindness and warm hospitality of the entire team ( Mohamed,Sal,Ehimad sorry if I didn’t write the name correctly)— they made us feel welcome from the very first moment and throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to the owner, Laila, whose genuine sweetness and care created such a personal and memorable atmosphere. She made us feel not just like guests, but truly looked after.
We also enjoyed the hammam and massage experience, which was both relaxing and professionally delivered. It was the perfect way to unwind and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.
We would absolutely recommend this riad to anyone looking for a place where you feel cared for, relaxed, and at home.
