Absolute Gem
This Riad was an absolute gem, the rooms were excellent, the service was top notch and the staff were excellent. Just a short walk from the edge of the city walls so pretty central for everything we wanted to do. We were met in reception with Morrocan tea and shown to our room, which was on the 2nd floor. The room was huge, a really big bed, great bathroom and a little balcony overlooking a courtyard/room on the ground floor. The decor was really traditional Moroccan which is exactly as we wanted. On the roof was a good sized patio with sunbeds and a small pool which I have to say was freezing but it was February and as the weather was so hot, it was quite a nice change in the afternoon when you had been walking around in the heat all day!
I would highly recommend this Riad, its perfect for a couple who want a stress free few days in Marrakesh!!

RIAD good location
Nice work tool, but poorly maintained.
Spacious room, very firm mattress
Average breakfast (no eggs or cheese) jam, crepe, bread, fresh orange juice
Nice terrace but lacking maintenance, paint pot needs to be redone, rusty chair, lantern needs repainting,
Small pool, a bit of a cultural bath
Staff is attentive and helpful, which is the strong point of this Riad

In general everything was very well, specially th location. However, internet connectivity wasn’t possible in our room and the swimming pool water wasn’t very clean to have a swim there!

Nice quiet and very welcoming Riad
Very good stay at Hasna Espi, ideally located, a few hundred meters from one of the doors of the medina and quiet of a small veneer. We were fortunate to have the large top floor suite ( N°6) overlooking the large terrace with small pool. Unobstructed and not overlooked. The little "plus" of this pretty RIAD is its very warm staff and always ready to help you (Thanks to Rachida). We recommend and if we return to Marrakech it will be here.

A lovely place to stay
I highly recommend this riad if you're in Marrakesh. All staff that I encountered were kind and helpful, my room was lovely, this was my 4th riad while travelling around Morocco and each one has been different.
The rooftop pool was a big bonus for me too. Its in a great location and theres a decent breakfast too.
