A GOOD ADDRESS IN MARRAKESH

Perfect all over the place... Nice welcome and kindness of all the staff. Comfortable rooms, parking, beautiful garden with a magnificent pool, full breakfast, efficient wifi... privilege garden-side rooms for more comfort.

very average hotel

Strengths:
The staff is welcoming, attentive and very kind.
I also enjoyed the quality of the food at the bar: I had a burger and pizza, it was good, even if the prices are quite high.
Cons:
The rooms are very old and small.
The mattress is not comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is more than mediocre: I found practically nothing to eat, to the point that in the last few days I did not even have breakfast.
The hotel is far from everything: you have to travel by taxi, and you have to count at least 200 dirhams round trip to, for example, Jemaa el-Fna Square, which is quite expensive.
Conclusion:
It’s a clean hotel , but compared to the price, we can really find better.
I paid 700 dirhams a night, and I could have had a better hotel for that rate, frankly.

Average

One star less for location and one star less for the condition of hotel.
Location is basically outside the Marrakech city centre and have to book a taxi each time (no free shuttle available, as claimed before)
Regarding the condition of hotel, the rooms are very basic (that’s okay ) but the window locks, door locks, light bulbs, showers are faulty, so is the cleanliness in the corridors unfortunately.
Staff is nice though and hotel has got a good size outdoor pool.

Perfect hotel to relax, super nice and attentive staff.

With the exception of a location somewhat away from the center of activities, this hotel offers a very pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms, decent services and above all, super nice staff. Especially the catering manager, Soufian whose kindness is matched only by his effectiveness in meeting your every desire.
A perfect place to relax, however to access the various places to visit, the taxi will be in order.

Cheap but refreshing to do

Older hotel that really needs a complete renovation.
The property seems to have suffered a great deal over time and would require extensive repairs, if not total renovation, probably involving temporary closure.
In the rooms, heating and air conditioning systems are not adjustable. The thermostats are so old that they have become illegible, making any attempt at adjustment virtually impossible.
Windows are also a real problem: they no longer close properly, no matter where in the hotel. The only way to limit draughts is to draw the curtains in front, which is obviously not a satisfactory solution.
In general, even if the bedding is comfortable and clean, the furniture is very outdated. We can clearly see the wear of time: eroded furniture, traces of moisture and tired equipment.
The bathrooms would also need a serious refreshment. There is no longer a sink plug, the shower has obviously lived a lot and the water pressure is very low. It is a set of small details that, without representing major works or investments, would nevertheless significantly improve the quality of the reception.
For lack of luck, we fell during the restoration of the pool. Quite honestly, this could have been reported at the time of booking. The pool was empty and no work was in progress, which makes the situation all the more frustrating.
The buffet breakfast is generally quite good, but you have to ask regularly for the products to be refilled, which quickly becomes unpleasant.
However, the price is unbeatable and, overall, with some renovations and better maintenance, the property could quite stand the test.
