Stay in Ifrane.

Clean air, soothing greenery, and a tranquil atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities. The hotel perfectly complements this picture with comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The staff made a remarkable effort for the occasion: careful decoration, festive atmosphere, and attentive service.
A stay that truly makes you want to return. We warmly recommend it to all families for the occasion.

Terrible service and dilapidated rooms

Staying here was a huge mistake. The check-in process is a mess with clear favoritism and no respect for the queue. The apartment is in a state of decay: broken doors, no hairdryer, and the room phone doesn't even work to call for assistance. The staff is unprofessional and ignores guest complaints. It’s a shame to see such a beautiful location ruined by incompetent management.

Disappointing stay

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my stay at your establishment, which fell far short of the expected standards in terms of hygiene and comfort.
Upon my arrival in the ground-floor apartment, a strong, persistent smell of cigarettes was present, despite the housekeeper's intervention.
During the stay, several hygiene and comfort issues were noted: a general lack of cleanliness, marks in the toilets, the presence of mold and spiders, a persistent unpleasant odor, as well as dusty bedding with dust mites that made sleeping difficult. Maintenance was not provided for four nights, notably leaving the trash cans full.
The environment also strongly impacted our stay: numerous cats roam the gardens and around the pool and can enter the apartments. Being allergic, as are my children, this situation had a real impact on our health. Despite my requests to change apartments, no solution was offered to me.
Several malfunctions were also noted: very worn towels with late replacement, insufficient and poor-quality toilet paper, a broken refrigerator, as well as, in a second unit, a defective air conditioner and an insufficiently clean bathroom with a dirty toilet brush.
Despite my numerous complaints, no concrete solution was provided to me and my request for a refund was refused. I was therefore forced to book an additional room at my own expense in order to be able to spend the night in acceptable conditions with my children.
I deeply regret the lack of responsiveness and support from management.

Zephyr: embrace transparency

Zephyr hotels must embrace transparency and display all available dates across the various establishments in the chain... this will prevent many suspicions and misconduct, and things will be transparent between the establishments and the members.

Fresh stop in the Atlas.

A modern and well-decorated space. Not the oriental style but very pleasant.
Reception hall and restaurant.
Pool until 6 PM, a bit short but very beautiful.
Clean and comfortable room.
Air conditioning.
Very polite and pleasant staff.
Possibility to order a taxi at the desk.
