Nice Riad and great location

This Riad is really a piece of art. The staff are really kind and they could help you in all what you would like to have they organise guided tours to the medina they organise trips and excursions. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back soon

Do not choose to stay.

Left out even after messaging them. Continued to avoid compensating me for the undercut of the tour. Booked and paid 30 euros for full tour throight reception but we were cut short. Then later they relocated us to a lesser and small room at a riad incomplete construction. No receipt and would only accepy cash

Fantastic experience

The place is in a central area, just minutes from the Medina. The rooftop offers spectacular views over fez. The rooms are cozy and nothing is missing. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They helped us with everything. Good breakfast. Shuttle from Fez Airport is also available. We are very satisfied and will definitely be back :)

Characteristic Riad

Beautiful characteristic Riad in the medina of Fes. Very helpful and welcoming staff clean rooms and air conditioning and en suite bathroom. Not recommended for those with walking problems because the rooms are on the upper floors with very steep stairs.

To flee!!

Very disappointing experience. We learned at 3am, without valid explanation, that our accommodation had been changed because we would normally go to Riad Qamar. Despite our cancellation request, we had to pay the same rate as on Booking and cash of course. Breakfast was extremely summary, far from the standards expected for a Riad. We stayed 2 nights and left early so no breakfast (which we understood) but they offered us to prepare something to take away... but of course we did not see the color! Or even coffee... absolutely to be avoided.
