Summer 2026 vacation
We had a wonderful 9-night stay at the Hotel Sahrai in Fez.
A huge thank you to Omar and Siham for their professionalism, their availability, and their welcome upon our arrival and throughout our stay.
We had several massages, performed with care by Nora and Sihem, true moments of relaxation. The spa has been tastefully renovated and is very clean. Interactions with Raja, the spa manager, whose attention and kindness helped make every moment at the spa exceptional.
Regarding the pool, it offers a real moment of tranquility. Anas was always there to look after our well-being, with a smile and a lot of kindness.
Strong point: We can access high-quality daybeds at any time of the day.
Area for improvement: Aging parquet flooring, a part of the pool tiling slightly broken.
The breakfast is very diverse, every possible drink, local dishes, gluten-free, savory, Western...
Thanks to Samira, who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with her good humor and attention to the smallest details.
The same goes for the two restaurants, Moroccan and Italian, quality cuisine, impeccable service, servers who remember your habits.
The Jungler Bar offers very good Lebanese cuisine in the evening, and a breathtaking view of Fez and its medina. The servers are very kind. Each evening was a musical discovery, a violinist, a group of drummers / guitarists / singers, a DJ. A festive moment without overdoing it.
We opted for a superior room, tastefully decorated, spacious.
High-quality bedding.
Leila is very smiling and meets your needs in terms of maintenance.
Areas for improvement: Aging and therefore stained carpeting, television with regular connection losses.
We could not remember the names of all the staff members, as there were many of them so you would never feel alone and without an answer, but from the maintenance staff, to the reception hosts, housekeeping, bartenders, servers, bellhops, to the turndown service, etc... all were remarkably kind and efficient.
Our stay, which we wanted to be relaxing, was undoubtedly so. A warm place, a welcoming and caring staff. We recommend this hotel if you choose to visit Fez.

I would like to thank the entire team for their warm welcome, their professionalism, and the impeccable quality of service. A special mention to Madiha and Siham, always smiling, attentive, and very responsive. Thanks to their efficiency and kindness, our stay went under the best conditions. Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. A special thank you to Medikha at the front desk for making my stay so comfortable. She kindly arranged our early check-in, welcomed us with a warm smile, and was always available whenever I needed assistance. Her kindness, efficiency, and dedication truly made a difference.

We had a lovely stay at hotel sahrai. All the employees were very thoughtful. The morrocan restaurant is really good, and so is the Lebanese one. A big thanks to Omar at the front desk, who took really good care of us and booked some nice activities such as tour in the medina and morrocan wine tasting
