FOR MI DABLE

Great stay, we were received like kings.
The rooms are beautiful and well equipped.
Marie and JP are great hosts who will give you amazing restaurant/activities deals on essaouira.
Everything is well maintained, very clean!
Breakfast is worthy of great hotels!
I recommend you very seriously to come on holiday to Marie and JP.

Dar coocooning

Thank you to Marie and Jean-Pierre for their warm Welcoming,
for their help, good advice, good addresses...
Dar Macha is a small cocoon of well-being with a lush garden, large suites with good bedding not to mention the wonderful breakfasts by the pool!
I went there 10 years ago with my daughter, went back this year with my son, so we can say to ourselves in 10 years Dar Marcha!!!

Beautiful spacious house with fantastic hosts.

A lovely spacious B & B in Ghazoua , a village a few km. outside of Essaouria.
The owners greeted us warmly and showed us to a huge room on Suite over looking the pool. The bed was large and comfortable, the quilt and pillows lovely and soft.
The weather during our stay was windy, so breakfast was served in the lounge/dining area overlooking the fist floor patio.
We did not have a car, however our hosts were extremely helpful advising us where to get the cheap and frequent local taxis to drop in the port of Essaouira.
On a couple of occasions the owners offered us lifts into Essaouria as they were going that way, and on our final day we had a mix up with the taxi and the owners made a special trip taking us to the taxi pick up with our luggage.
This property is just as lovely as it looks in these pictures and provided us with a peaceful stay to end our busy trip to Morocco.

Horrible welcome

Difficult stay at Dar Macha!
Cheap lunches accompanied by inappropriate and even racist speeches.
A constant feeling of being disturbed and never being at home.
A distorted Morocco and a welcome unlike the local hospitable warmth.

Monsieur vous ne manquez pas de culot vous etiez dans une chambre d hotes pas dans un gite vous avez invite des amis sans nous demander notre avis vous aviez reserve pour 4 personnes pas pour 8 comme cela a ete le cas pendant 3 nuits vous nous avez mis devant le fait accompli c est ca votre idee de respect ? les vacanciers qui sejournent chez nous sont tres contents il suffit de regarder les commentaires !
