immer wieder

sehr freundliches personal. wegen knieproblemen konnte ich das zimmer im erdgeschoss kriegen. grosse zimmer, betten für mich etwas hart. abhilfe wurde sofort geschaffen.
ausgezeichnete lage nahe des grossen platzes und der vielen fotomotiven.

Inconvenient

I had a Reservation for a room with terrace and was allocated a room on the ground floor with a very busy street window. Bad bathroom with very small sink. Room adjacent to reception and entrance with noise and chatter until after midnight mainly staff. Bathroom and bedroom without even a nail to hang towels and clothes. Finally on booking, with which I had booked, a review appeared in my name, which I did not, with a rating of 10, which makes me doubt even the other good reviews.

Great location

Great location, clean. The rooms are small and the access to get the hotel with large luggage is not recommended. I was traveling around Morroco and I had to carried bags and it was a complete adventure to get the hotel with my bags. However Mounir was super nice and friendly. He help us to get some of the most important sites to see.

it was ok

we arrive at the morning 9o'clock (20 minutes after booking reservation :)) and we had to wait almost 20 minutes in front of outside doors. But ok, i expect that, i can not blame it for that. It is very, VERY VERY small hotel with almost crazy small rooms. For one night, i can live with that but more than one night ? choose another one. Only positive think is location, almost in the middle of the old town. The hotel staff are two teenagers with average knowledge of english.

Horrible place to stay

We had to check out same day that we checked in. There was absolutely no heat, steep stairs and a teenager running the front desk. He said he didn't speak English but yet he had a filthy word on a game piece that he and other teenagers were playing when I tried to speak to them. It was just an all around horrible experience and I got charged for not staying here! Don't waste your time or money. Better to stay outside the blue city in a nice hotel and get a tour guide to take you in.
