Looks like you're at the North Pole
I won't go again in my life. True, it is very well located and very cheap. But I have never been so cold in my life in a room (worst of all, we were with a little 15 months). We even told the boy that if he had heat and he said they only had those in the hallways (which were turned off). Ahh and besides the cold of the room as soon as I arrived there was the window open (meaningless)

Nobody's home.
It's not up to a hotel at all. It's more like an old house. The staff is very rude and ill-educated, and we were poorly received with inappropriate behavior. The room does not match our request: no private toilet and it is very small. In short, it is absolutely to be avoided.

Overlooking the city
The Riad is very central in the streets of Chefchaouen, the parking is about a 5' walk from the Riad, there are always "parking attendants" who for around €2 (20 Dirham) will help you park and show you the place.
The Riad inside is very simple, clean, Youssef (speaks English very well) is very kind and showed us what to see and where to eat at a good price.
It has a nice terrace overlooking the whole of Chefchaouen, absolutely recommended.

They call it a hotel but it is a pension.
Two positive and several negative considerations about the Aymane Rooftop.
Starting with the unfavorable ones:
The decision to choose Aymane was due to the very good reviews, however I cannot understand such a high score and such general enthusiasm from the clients who write on the reservation platforms. Although the owners call it a hotel, it is nothing more than a pension.
There is no elevator and the stairs are steep, the reception is on the top floor.
The two terraces located on different floors have a good view of the town and the mountains, but they are not large and are a little neglected.
Our room on the 1st floor has a private bathroom but it is uncomfortable, the shower does not have a tray so the water invades the entire floor, the only personal hygiene product is a container of liquid soap already used by other guests. The room It is spartan, it has three beds, one double and 2 singles, 2 night tables, a fan and a TV that doesn't work, nothing more.
The mattresses are very hard.
The window that opens onto the alley has no curtain, the lighting is poor, there is only a table lamp and a weak general light. The decoration does not exist, not even a simple painting.
The praised breakfast is nothing to write home about, it is actually very simple: a cup of coffee or a long glass of tea, a small pot of jam and another of white cheese, white bread and Rgaif bread, a croissant, a thin French omelet and 1 glass of industrial orange juice.
You have to order breakfast the day before, the first morning we went up and couldn't find anyone to serve it. We had to have breakfast in one of the few and mediocre cafes in Bab Souk
When making the reservation they informed that breakfast cost 3 euros per person, at the time of paying it they said that it had increased to 4 euros, upon my complaint they respected the reservation price.
The positive:
Hossan's attention, from the first moment, was very friendly, helping as much as possible to solve any problems, such as the difficulty my mother had in climbing the steep stairs. He also gave useful information about Chefchaouen.
Cleanliness is excellent, both in the room and in the common areas.
The location is good, two minutes walk from Bab Souk Square, it is the point where taxis stop, from here it is easy to get to the pension as it is signposted by signs posted on the walls of the alleys. It is also a few meters from the Utta El Hammam main square in the lower area of the medina and the pedestrian alley Avenue Hassan Awal, the main street in the upper area of the medina.
We were there between May 25 and 27, 2023.
