This place was just great! The appartment, poolarea, view, all of it. The appartment (Oriana) have two balcanies both with beautiful seens and restful atmosphere. Appartment in itself is spacious with two bedrooms.
The lodging is located pretty high, so by car or by walk it takes quit an upphill to reach the place. The upphill road is one of the oldest street in the country, very beautiful and in itself a seen.
Anna is very helpful and great host, made us feel welcomed.
Warmly recommend to visit the place!

We stayed in Minta at Castello Risano as a family of 4.
Anna was a great host, super helpful & always available for questions.
The pool was a great bonus for the kids, especially with the heat!
Great location for peace & quiet although if you're a super nervous driver it may not be for you as the road is steep & single track but two-way.
Having said that it's a quick walk down the hill to the main town & restaurants/shops.
We would 100% stay here again if we return to Montenegro....which we hope to.

The property is spacious, clean and in a good location. We were four adults and there was plenty of space for us to move around comfortably.
The views from the balcony are amazing and exceeded expectations.

We have had a wonderful 9 days at Castello Risano. Excellent service from booking and throughout the stay. The apartments are just beautiful and so well kept, very clean with lovely furnishings and the most incredible view over the bay of Kotor. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained, there’s free parking and a short walk down the hill to the local shops, restaurants and harbour. Local sites are easily accessible and a short drive to Perast and Kotor which are both beautiful. Anna and Kirk were great hosts, very helpful and attentive to any needs. Highlight of the trip was a speed boat trip to the blue caves which the kids loved! We had just a lovely time and would truly recommend a stay at Castello Risano, very authentic and a fab way to experience Montenegro. Thank you Anna and Kirk.
