Great location, super value for money

Small, somewhat dated hotel right in the center of Budva. The sea is a 2-minute walk away, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the old town. The young lady at the reception in particular was very dedicated and attentive to her guests. Free parking is available. Only point of criticism: Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the breakfast (an open sewer flows past in the courtyard, approx. 2m away from the tables. The smell is barely bearable).

Located inbetween larger hotels but retained its own character offering a quieter atmosphere.2 mins from beach and beach bars/cafes. 10 from Budva fortress.
Staff are helpful and rooms were comfortable.

I like the hotel, I recommend it.

Nice, family-friendly, small hotel. Sea and waterfront - 3 minutes, old town - 7 minutes. Supermarket across the street, 3 mins. Everything's close, everything's comfortable.
Breakfasts are hearty, the buffet, though monotonous. Our room was on the 2nd floor, with a wide balcony. It used to probably show the sea, but now they've set up multi-storey hotels around it and closed everything. But at the hotel next door, the saxophone played almost every night, and we enjoyed listening to it on the balcony and dancing.
I like the hotel, I recommend it.

This hotel is not beachfront (maybe 10 or more years ago before the big Hotel Budva was built in front of it.
It does have a restaurant and bar area but they are not operational. They offer a buffet breakfast which is very poor. The variety is ok but all the hot food is cold (very bad in hot weather for bacteria)
The rooms are very basic, the beds are of poor quality and bed linen is sub standard.
Our room had broken vertical blinds with no blockout curtains so the lights from the next building shon into our room all night.
The shower hose was not working so they did come and change the shower head for us but the shower recess had all mould on the tiles.
It is a family run property and they were very nice but I think that they need to attend to the maintenance of the property in more detail.
The property listing description needs to be changed as it is not correct and very misleading.
