Amazing vacay

Just amazing... everything views, water, pool, service (thanks to ms. owner and Marina, so much helpful and kind - keep up the good work ) .
Room was just big enough for 4 of us (family with two kids), bed comftortable and air condition works perfect. Bathroom was very clean, towells changed every day. You can even make simple meals in the small kitchen.
Utjeha is small town, or better say, village, with no big crowd and private beach (you can snorkle all day, fishies are out there ).
We sure will come back.

An Extraordinary host that makes your stay amazing

We arrived there without any reservation during high season, she made her possible to find us a room, she did even contact fiends to help us, finally we did stay there for 2 nights, the rooms are really clean and have well working AC and an amazing view on the sunset, the hotel has an extraordinary location, close to big cities,with the calm of a private beach. I definitely recommend the place and this host !! Thanks for everything you did

Beautiful Refurbished Hotel

No sign on the property when we were there, but it is the large building in white on the left at the end of the road
They are not apartment but nicely refurbished hotel type rooms. Looks brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
Nice sea filled swimming pool and a lovely place to stay. The sea view is superb
Maria and Maya were lovely hosts and very welcoming.

Perfect!

My husband and I went for a 8 days holiday in Montenegro. We found this accommodation on booking and hoped for the best. It was amazing! I am inlove with the sunsets and from the balcony of our room we had the best sunsets!! Everybody from there are very hospitable and nice. We had a great holiday and we want to come back again in the future. We recommend this for sure!

Very nice and relaxing place. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing!

Pro: The private beach was absolutely great! Just as the pool. Much nicer than all the crowded public beaches at most other places. Irena, the host, is one of the nicest persons I have ever met. They are super flexible, and really try to help. Rooms a nice and clean. There are very nice restaurant and bars around. Just ask Irena if you want to know anything, or want some recommendations for where you might go. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing! Also, even though the breakfast is ok, I highly recommend to get breakfast at the restaurant of "Villa Viktorija", 2 min walk.. You can get a much better breakfast for the same amount of money :)
Contra: There was no "do not disturb" sign. As silly as this sounds, it was actually quite annoying. The room service cleaned the rooms between noon and 3 p.m...this is the hottest part of the day, so we often slept during this time, but the room service frequently woke us up.
