Okay but there are some things missing

A good place to rest, very quiet with affordable prices. The facilities are fine though I think it's lacking maintenance. We had problems with the bathroom door and there are paint defects.
Breakfast good but I think they should put a buffet for more variety.

great location but very basic.

Booked via Expedia, for 900 pesos per night for 2 nights. Includes a small breakfast which was excellent.
Room is rather spartiate, just the 2 double beds, a semi smart tv (Netflix button not working), but good channel selection, clean bathroom with hot shower. Warning, there is no air conditionning in the hotel, and fridges are not available.
The view was quite good, and the noise subsided quickly at night (surprising since this was a busy street).
Breakfast consisted of a choice of eggs. beans, totopos, and some fruits, all very tasty.
Lots of restaurants and things to do around. Late 1PM check out was a perk.

I don't recommend it.

The reception staff is unfriendly and requires basic customer service training. They do not establish eye contact and act as if they do guests a favor, showing a total lack of service attitude.
The place is very noisy as they perform maintenance work at inappropriate times (like 7 a.m.). When I reported it, I was told that the noise came from the water pump and that they could not do anything about it, but over breakfast we saw the workers.
