The hotel and staff very nice, beds are excelent in my opinion and the property is very clean. The only problem with this property is that the elevator is broken. Thank god I was on the second floor, other than that the property is very nice.

the property was very dirty and unsanitary. the elevator didn’t work and we needed to go up the stairs.

Good experience, the hotel can improve and be great.

A Hotel in a tall building with nice design, excellent location Right in the historic center, very close to everything (collective taxis to Puerto Madero or the Airport half a block, collective taxis to Tuxtla Chico 3 blocks, Central Park block and a half, shops, restaurants). My room was great, everything clean and tidy, and highlighted the reception attention in all my concerns (very precise throughout). The hotel has everything to be a super hotel, but I do recognize the lack of maintenance in common areas, the decomposed elevator, the state of the carpet on the stairs (very destroyed and dirty), the slightly uncomfortable and careless pool, does not invite swimming. Although my experience was good and the daily price, don't say.

Could not find reservation. Air conditioner not very good.
No towels.
