Dismal attention
The place is beautiful but employees and manager Andrea do not know how to run a boutique hotel.
It has no parking, not even a place to stand momentarily and put your bags down. Nobody helps you!
It is very INSECURE, since at night they allow groups of 50 unknown and unfamiliar people to enter the hotel. As the rooms face the central courtyard, you have many strangers standing at your bedroom door while a guide screams in the dead of night. So if you want to rest forget it!
During my stay we lacked bathroom paper, kleenex and towels every day.
The worst part is they don't serve you. We asked to speak with manager Andrea and she gave us a hard time so we wouldn't have to solve so much of a problem.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!
