Lovely place and delicious food!

The hotel and the restaurant is super nice. Very cozy and original decoration. The price is very reasonable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The food is really good. The service is excellent, the place is clean and very good ambiance.

Surprising

I was on my way to Veracruz and we stopped by in this small town named Perote and for my surprise we went to this small family business with Spanish background and I just tasted its Jamon Serrano home made. It is just awesome!! travelers should try it.

Mala experiencia. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad actual del lugar.

La puerta del baño no cierra, al igual que una ventana que da a la habitación. La televisión no encendió. El baño tenía telarañas. El café del restaurante es muy malo. Las mesas muy sucias al igual que los quicios de las ventanas llenos de moscas y polvo. Creo que todo lo que podía fallar falló. Es una pena que lo que no le den mantenimiento a ese lugar.

Cálido alojamiento

Excelente lugar para descansar previo subir el Cofre de Perote. La atención inmejorable, la comida delicioso y el lugar limpio y seguro. El agua caliente tarda 10 minutos en caer, así que no desesperen.
La Señora Paty siempre disponible y atenta a las necesidades de huéspedes. Todo el equipo de meseros muy pendientes.
No pasas nada de frío pues tiene todo lo necesario para que te abrigues por las noches

Muy triste

Visité el restaurante que está en la caseta de tepeyahualco y aparte de que el restaurante y sus servicios estaban muy sucios, las tortas que antes disfrutábamos tanto... ya no nos gustaron!! Las de jamón serrano y las de pierna envinada con queso eran deliciosas, ahora tristemente es bolillo, frijol y una micro rebanada de pierna y queso, con la mitad de una rodaja de jitomate.
