Nice

Nice place, very friendly and attentive staff, clean room with everything you need, central, economical, I would return. The best thing is that it has parking so your vehicle is safe, it is picturesque and very easy to get to. I read reviews that there was a lot of noise but it didn't seem that way to me, it is quiet and you can rest very well.

STOLEN CAMERA AND DRONE

We stayed in the hotel 2 nights, after check out we asked the staff to store our luggage for a couple of hours before we leave the city and we discovered that a camera (which wasn't working btw) and dron were stolen. Dron was put in a back and instead of the dron, someone put filled bottle of water to fake it. Because we were in rush and backpacks were the way we left them, we just took them and left....... I called the staff right after I discovered it and they pretended that they didn't understand me and were asking me whether I wanna book night or not. The person who took it, must have known it or I can't understand how someone from a street could do it... VERY DISAPPOINTED and btw ATM on the main street is scammed in Palenque, they stole money also from our bank account. Please don't withdraw any money in any atms in Palenque.

For a couple of nights

We payed 300 pesos for a room in the first floor without air con and without breakfast.

I had a nice stay.

The location is great there are many restaurants, shops and colectivos within walking distance.My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were super friendly but not fluent in English but we were able to communicate with the help of Google Translate .The breakfast was very good and was included in the price of my room. If I am ever in Palenque again I will definitely stay a this hotel.

Great place, just put the room keys out of view!

Good place to stay for a night before and after the ruins. Room was clean and comfortable with ac and a tv and the breakfast was tasty, fruit, omelette and toast. The only thing we didn’t like is you leave your key at reception when you leave which is fine but they leave all of the keys on top of the desk. The front double doors from the road are open to the main desk and sometimes a member of staff wasn’t there when we returned so anyone could literally take any key. Maybe put them under the desk for more security and peace of mind for guests.
