Location could not be better but the first night the front desk lacked skills and empathy when my room had a dangerous broken window (which as aolder woman alone) that opened onto a parking lot at night! She charged me $50 to have a safe room. I reported her and the hotel made it right the next day

Amazing place. Close to Zocalo. Clean. With pool, thats always a plus. Rood top restaurant if you want to relax without leaving the hotel. Just AMAZING!!

The main areas of this hotel are very cute - a courtyard with a pool, a rooftop terrace... But our room was dark and run down. The room windows mostly seem to open to a open air column so no sunlight could come in and you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms. The bathroom, although clean, needs upgrades. However, staff were kind and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location!

The location is excellent two blocks from the zocalo and short walk to food and markets. The room was clean and the cleaning staff excellent. The restaurant was a great experience every meal. The staff was very attentive. Picked this place for location and because it had a pool. Unfortunately the pool was unusable because of excessive levels of chlorine. I don't know what the chlorine levels were but after one swim we were left coughing with burning eyes and skin and went back to the room to shower off. My 9 year old said "let's never go in that pool again." That's too bad because otherwise the place was great.

Great location and overall a good stay. I'm quite simple in my needs, so I can't really comment on any additional services or breakfast. I didn't use them. But the staff was very friendly and the property was quiet.
