Bad BAD hostel

First, this is not a hotel, it’s a hostel. We arrived 4h past our checkin time and the bedroom was not ready as they had some plumbing issues. They still let us in as we had dinner reservations but when we came back and reception informed us that the issue had been resolved we still didn’t have water in our shower. I went back to complain but the reception was closed already.
Our bedroom was big, but the bed was uncomfortable, there was only a strip of window close to the roof, the bathroom was dirty, and the water on the sink smelled really bad.
The breakfast was miserable and the coffee looked more like dirty water.
Next day they moved us to a smaller but better room, with windows and water on the shower, but there was water leaking from the bottom of the toilet bowl.
The location of the “hotel” is good, but this the only good thing I can say about this place. Will never come back.
