Poor telephone response

The attention leaves a lot to be desired, the lady who answers the phone does it high-handedly and cuttingly, there are places where you feel human warmth from the first contact, which is unfortunate because we had been highly recommended the hotel.

This place is disgusting. I reserved a family room months in advance and upon check in was told my room wasn’t available due to plumbing issues. The room I was put in was way smaller than what I reserved. I was charged more on my card than what my card showed. My room had mold on the ceiling, walls, floor, bed and pillows. The hotel manager tried to blame the mold on the pillows on my son saying it was makeup and told us we would have to pay for new pillow cases. There’s wasn’t another guest at this property- it was so bad that we left 2 days early even though they refused to refund our money.

Very good stay! It is conveniently located, the staff is very friendly and the room is spacious. The only thing I would suggest is to bring mosquito repellent because unfortunately they are a lot of them.

Just one night stay before leaving to other cities. Very nice place, clean. We got room with 3 beds. It was 5 of us. Thing to note rooms upstairs. Small stair way so if have luggage be ready to carry 😊. Other than that great for the night. Zocalo is like 7 mins away
