Our room was great for what we needed - clean and close to centre but far away enough for a bit of peace. Bed was big and comfy too!
Requested towels be replaced and the messages were missed so we only got them on our final day which wasn’t ideal. The bathroom window is connected to the hallway so all light and sound comes through here which isn’t ideal. The shower heat was very difficult to get right (either cold or scalding hot), bathroom door incredibly loud and squeaky. Doors to the balcony weren’t great either - came off their hinges and a bit flimsy. The kitchen and bathroom could’ve been better stocked too, with shower gel and basic condiments (we had to buy our own salt and there were no chopping boards).
Worth noting it was incredibly noisy in the night. Lots of music and loud singing nearby on several nights.
Overall, you get what you pay for! Nice room but needs updating in some respects for ease and comfort.

This is a lovely property off the beaten bath in Holbox. It’s about an 11 minute, easy walk from the beach. The island was flooding pretty severely during our stay and a regular golf cart can not make it to the entrance to the property. However, cabs (generally Can-ams) are abundant and you can honestly walk anywhere. The property is sparkling clean and the staff was super accommodating (they brought us more pillows and towels as soon as we asked and were so polite about everything!)

Nice hotel but could make some improvements.

The location, the staff that was working in the morning on the property. The discounted price to rent a ATV at the property. The rooms were spacious, comfortable bed and free beach towels. Easy contact with the host of the property via WhatsApp.
The pool was not clean, there was no cleaning service in the rooms. The curtains were see through, so in the morning all the lights come into the room (6:30-7:00 AM). A lot of ants outside and inside the room. In the morning there were kids of the neighbors running around the property and the pool, a lot of noise and they will wake you up early
