Customer Service is Horrible

Pros - The location is quiet and close to all major sites. The pool and outdoor space is lovely.
Cons -
1. The biggest problem was I had to change my reservation and they double charged me. My stay was in March and they still have not refunded me! I have called and left messages, emailed and have had my travel agent and Expedia contact them. They keep saying they will do it but here we are 6 weeks later and still no refund.
If that wasn't enough.
2. There was a large stain on the roof/wall.
3. No place to sit and relax in the room.
4. There was no coffee maker in the whole place. And the closest coffee shop is a 10 min walk
5. The water dispenser was often empty
6. The bed was as hard as a rock
7. The bed is in the loft and the air conditioner does not blow on it, but to the ground level. And there is no windows that open, except the door.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

The room was dirty, sheets toilet. Bed floor. Very noise place we stayed literally next to the road, bed bugs as well

Too much noise from the traffic nearby.
I asked to change the room, was asked to pay more money.
I could not sleep for 3 nights
