Radiators are provided in each room for centralized steam heating during the winter months. This property is located in the downtown area, so noise may be present at times. Earplugs are available at the front desk upon request. Please note that the original elevator is very delicate. Operation of the elevator may vary. The stairway may be necessary to access your room. Two parking spaces are available in the front of the hotel for reserved for guests only. Metered parking is also available on the street. Yards are free 18:00 to 8:00 Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday. The Gardener Hotel is not responsible for any tickets or towing of guest vehicles. A valid ID and credit card used to make the reservation must be present at check-in. Third-party reservations require a credit card authorization form along with a double-sided copy of the state ID and credit card must be received in advance.
