Beautiful rooms - Fun roof top - great location

We were so surprised at how lovely the rooms had been decorated. The decor was very tasteful, and the bathroom was very nicely done. We enjoyed the roof top patio and pool. The hotel is perfectly located next to the malecon and the lake. The front desk folks were polite, but not overly helpful. We never could find the restaurant open - we tried one day for breakfast, once for coffee, and once for lunch.

Fair option

Located close to the lake, rooms were clean, but the balcony was a bit dirty though. One issue I had was that the water at times leaked under the shower door in the bathroom.
Otherwise it was not bad, but I wouldn't say it was special either.

Wouldn't stay here again, lacking in cleanliness

Staff are friendly, but the room we were given was dark and felt damp. Bathroom wasn't very clean at all, black hairs strewn about, and generally grubby.
Location is good, just near the Malecon, overlooking the lake.
There are nice views from the roof terrace, and a small pool. However, it is really dirty up there, so not very relaxing.
They said they had Wifi, but i couldn't get it in the room after much trying. Had to use it in reception.
Definitely wouldn't stay there again. The Hotel Catemaco on the Zocalo is a better option.

Pésima la habitación

Pésima habitación el clima hace ruido terrible ya q está en la venta no deja dormir, todo el tiempo hace ruido , el closet sucio con pollina y arañas, ni siquiera abrimos la ventana ya q no limpian las cortinas y están llenas de telarañas entre la cortina y la ventana , el baño no tiene cortina y se moja todo el baño pésimo hotel o pésima habitación y limpieza

magnificos anfitriones

Me encanto la atencion de la recepcionista señorita Veronica muy servicial, y educadita, las habitaciones muy completas y limpias, me dieron la habitacion #128 comoda con clima y cable, la cama perfecta , roperia nueva y frente a el lago magestuoso de catemaco, cerquitas de restaurantes y de hecho tienen uno en la planta baja, ojo tienen alberca en la terraza de lujo, sus precios son baratos, y estan a escasos metros de la terminal del ado, me encanto como critico de hoteleria y restaurantes.
