The hotel is conveniently located near Market 28 and Walmart, with several great cafés within walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When I lost my phone (completely my own fault), everyone went above and beyond to assist me, especially the reception team. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to handle, especially as an English speaker with little to no knowledge of Spanish. I truly appreciated their support and hospitality throughout the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The rooms were clean and spotless the staff very welcoming and friendly. It was a nice safe spot to stay close to the local area and the market is just across the road. We loved our stay here absolutely amazing. It is well worth a stay if you want to experience the local culture

Overall, it's excellent, no complain, the only thing needs to be improved is the hot water volume too low during shower.

I gave Jose $35. USD at check-in. I couldn’t understand what the $35. was for. I prepaid everything and I didn’t get it back at checkout. My room was clean and comfortable.
