Property is in excellen condition, lovely large room (superior), and only 3 minutes walk to the towns promenade.
Only drawback, which was not the accommodations fault, was the reconstruction of road and adjacent
pavement.
Noisy during the day, but unless you plan to stay in your room all day its no big deal.Works
will be shortlived, dont let this discourage you from staying here, would highly recommend it.

I’m afraid I can’t recommend Osiris and would not stay here again.

One day before our stay, we were informed that there would be roadworks directly outside the hotel between 07:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday. The whole purpose of this trip was to rest and recharge, so being woken early and unable to relax during the day completely defeated the point of our stay.
I contacted management immediately to request a cancellation given the circumstances. This was refused on the basis that the booking was non-refundable. While I understand policies, this was clearly an exceptional situation. We were only informed 24 hours before arrival, despite later discovering the roadworks had been ongoing for two months. That raises a simple question: why weren’t we told at the time of booking, or at least with more notice?
We had also deliberately paid more for a room with two balconies. In reality, these were unusable due to constant noise and disruption. We were woken early each day and couldn’t open a window, enjoy the room, the balconies, or even a quiet breakfast or afternoon drink. The hotel was effectively surrounded by roadworks.
This is where the issue lies: it’s not just the disruption - we understand that this is out of the hotel's control - it’s how it was handled. Knowing about significant ongoing works and not disclosing them upfront - especially when selling higher-priced rooms that rely on outdoor space - does not feel transparent or fair. Refusing flexibility, or understanding, when the issue was outside the guest’s control only made matters worse.
We were offered a 40% discount at a local restaurant as compensation. While the gesture was appreciated, it didn’t address the actual problem or the loss of the experience we had paid for. Moreover, the restaurant was located away from the harbour front, out of the village in an industrial area, so did feel a bit of a poor effort. We did not use the voucher.
Overall, this felt poorly handled and avoidable. With honest communication at the time of booking or a reasonable level of flexibility, this situation could have been resolved very differently.
For those reasons, I can’t recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel and host Dina.

We stayed for a week and could not fault the hotel for cleanliness and the facilities.

This is a family owned and operated hotel that provides the quality and service of five star stay.
The hotel and room size are appropriate for the area, but the lavishness of the bedding, the confines all say luxury and exceptionally clean. This is an incredible find of a high value hotel in room close to where you wanna be. You can walk to Saint Peter’s pool and the Bay

Dirty hotel and uncaring managere!

A bed with dirty sheets and a manager who lies that he will come and never shows up.
Sad story about this hotel!
The worst ever!

All evidence was forwarded to booking.com.
This was a staged situation in attempt for a free stay.
To attempt to tarnish a reputation after very clearly placing “stains” is completely despicable, as was the guest’s behavior.
Have a good day.
