Great hotel just a stone throw away from IOI City Mall

Room is cosy and clean with interesting decorations. I enjoyed the gym especially the boxing equipment and the pool. Breakfast has good variety with local and Western cuisines. The hotel lobby has nice seating areas with many activities available (snooker, arcades etc.). Hotel is linked to IOI City Mall via an underground passage, so very convenient for shopping and food hunting.

Moxy's crew are awesome

Stayed one night to celebrate my wife's birthday. Requested for room decoration for my wife's birthday. The crew gave us more than room decoration. Thanks for the memorable memories.

Nice hotel.

Sure we'll come back to moxy because of the good and quick service. Best of all, it's joined together with Ioi Mall. It's nice for KMI to move with a family here.

Location is the best!

Love the ambience! the room is quite small, and would love if there is a day bed. however, the amenities are great and the location are superb! Even the staff are super helpful!

Room was lovely and pool area was nice to relax after a long flight. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of cuisines and was reasonably priced. Airport shuttle is unreliable as although it is marketed as ‘hop on’ it requires pre-booking before arrival at the airport. Despite reaching out to the property on hotels.com and emailing the front desk I was unable to arrange this and ended up having to pay for a Taxi. Similar situation for the shuttle back to the airport, despite booking over 24 hours in advance the shuttle was 30 minutes late and arrived very full so had to be completely repacked to fit the luggage in despite us ‘pre-booking’ spaces for it. Staff were extremely helpful once we notified them it had not arrived but be careful relying on the shuttle for transport and leave plenty of time before your departure!!
