Our Chinese villa area, Taman Mutiara (Taman Mutiara), located in the center of the town, is a great place to get some peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. Each room has an independent bathroom, 24-hour hot water, all-weather air conditioning, toiletries, hair dryer, electric tea kettle, bedside USB socket, and 100M fiber optic WIFI. Laundry equipment and a 300-square-meter shared restaurant kitchen are available for free use (you can cook your own seafood for a party). There is also a large leisure space for public activities, where you can make tea, drink coffee, read books and newspapers, play mahjong (fully automatic mahjong table), and watch movies on a 100-inch projector. The town of Semporna is very small. We are backed by the sea (Government Pier), 300 meters away from the town center mosque, 400 meters away from KFC, 600 meters away from Watsons, and 300 meters away from the bank. Within 5 minutes of walking to the city center, there are 3 piers behind the Semporna Government Pier. The farthest pier is a 20-minute walk.
