I have stayed here countless times. The best thing about this hotel is that the location is very strategic and the room is comfy as always. No breakfast provided though but there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities like a smart TV. The bathroom was well-maintained, with a strong shower and quality toiletries. The staff were professional and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. The location was great—close to shops. Would definitely return for another stay.

Quite disappointed with the good reviews but bad experience

The good:
Ample parking space, next to 7-eleven, no deposit required upon checking in but needed to pay rm2 tax, comfortable beds and touch screen switches, automatic toilet, clean as this hotel seems quite new
The bad:
Over usage of high tech items ie. The electronic toilet is annoying because it flushes on its own every I sit on it and flushes again when I leave the seat, some switches by the bedside are not working, the blackout window could not 100% prevent the sun from coming into the room as it was not perfectly installed, aircond in the room takes time to cool the room because it is not centralised, staff were not entirely friendly, only one key card was provided
Overall, while I had a good night's sleep, I was awaken by loud knocking and drilling sound at 9am as the hotel is still undergoing renovation. I think there was a sign at the check in counter to notify guests about this, but it really is unfair to guests who are paying to have a good sleep. Don't think they are being considerate as this is the minimum requirement to be met. There's a golf arcade and cafe at level 2 that can get pretty noisy at night if there's a live band playing.
