You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. We are building a surrounding wall to ensure safety of our requests. There are no noise and the wall are located near to the rooms We do not accept photocopies or photos on mobile devices. Our staff are not allowed to accept a booking without a valid Photo ID. Additionally we may require to pre-authorize your card for RM200.00 for accidental damages which will be released after checkout. You will be asked to pay in full upon arrival unless your booking is pre-paid. Guests must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by a staying guest who is above the age of 18 years. Under age guests will not be accepted. This will not have any effect on families. We are a nonsmoking hotel. smoking is prohibited in rooms and public areas. Penalty for smoking in the hotel or tampering with the smoke detector is RM300.00 We have a quiet hour in place between 23:00 - 08:00 where we expect our guests to minimize noises in rooms and public areas. No parties or events allowed in the hotel. Failure to comply with this, we may have to ask you to leave the premises or contact law enforcement to do so.
