Can buy lunch in hotel restaurant. No need to go outside looking for meals. Amenities: My room has mini fridge and hair dryer. In hotel lobby, there are vending machines - snacks, drinks condoms, mee segera, etc. There are convenient stores open 24/7 and also 7-eleven. Banks: OCBC,Maybank nearby.

Worst and Bad Experiece Ever. Should be called as Hostel and not Hotel
I booked the room for two nights but had to check out after the first night because the room condition was really terrible.
When I first checked in, I was assigned a room where the air conditioner was not functioning. I requested a change, and the receptionist was helpful enough to assist. I was then given a second room, but it had a strong cigarette smell, so I had to request another change.
I was assigned a third room, but unfortunately this one was even worse. The toilet and pillows had a very strong bad odor the moment I opened the door. The smell was like a mix of drain and sweat. Since this was already the third room, I decided to just stay. I even went to a nearby mini store to buy Febreze, hoping it would solve the issue, but the smell was still very strong.
As I arrived quite late and was extremely tired, I decided to just cover the pillow with my clothes and try to sleep.
The next morning at around 8am, housekeeping knocked on the door for room cleaning. I was quite shocked as it was still early and some guests might still be sleeping at that hour. I requested a change of pillow cover, but it did not solve the issue as the bad odor remained. I am not sure if the smell came from the toilet or somewhere else, but honestly the condition was just terrible. The toilet tiles were also moldy and dirty.
After staying in the room for almost a night, I noticed that my clothes had also absorbed the bad odor. Therefore, I decided to check out and move to another hotel even though I had already paid for two nights.
This will definitely be my last stay here. It was truly a nightmare experience for me.

A good stay here everything is just necessary. Manage to secure parking space when come early afternoon. If come late no space. Hot shower not functioning. Staff so so, room so so. Cheap btw. Picture not related

You pay what you get. Everything is just average except the location. Able to access to food centre and few places of interest easily

Pro
1. The room Air conditioner are cold & Hot Water are hot.
2. Very strategy area walking distance to Everise, Cat statue , Mcdonald within 6 minutes walk.
3. 1st floor are room but they have a lift. Very great.
Con
1. Parking are limited and need to pay due to public parking.
2. Breakfast are set meal and not buffet type. (They said we do not entitlment for breakfast - show them booking then they directly told us we are entitlement).
3. Bed and pillow are not comfortable to sleep.
4. The bathroom is tempered glass shower screen - can visible from the bed. If twin sharing have no idea.
I would not stay again this hotel although it cheaper price but I need comfort sleep.
