big apartments

Huge apartments, clean and good facilities like a gym and swimming pool onsite. Nice enough staff and good location just 5 mins from some main places for bars, food, sights and shopping. Only grumble was the Wi-Fi going off at times. Apart from that, all good.

Worst sales team manager in hotel line

They got the worst sales service ever… we were here the night before so the next day we go down to front desk to change the room.. at first the front desk say got 1 room for us by the time wanna make the payment she said cannot have to do it online unless the sales team say ok… then we ask if they can help us.. but he turn us down like he cannot do anything… we got some arguments instead of cooling us down he was so damn rude and even stare at us with his open eyes… so damn rude…. No manner !!!!! I never experience anything like this… he the worst person to deal with and even asking my friend about his membership id just to showoff his authority,,, thats is abuse of power!!!! He should never be allowed to serve in hospitality world

Good stay at The Maple Suite it's, located near KL tower which you could even view it closely from the hotel room. Short walking distance to the main bukit bintang area and easy access to grab.

Nothing much to comment. Basically all is average except friendliness of the staff
